Hi, I'm Rebecca Winfield — the heart behind Pet Home Care Services.
 
Caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I come from a family with deep roots in dog care and training, through our family-run business, Rockwood Dog Training.
With a lifetime of hands-on experience, working with animals isn’t just my job — it’s my passion. In 2011, I launched Pet Home Care Services, based in Caerphilly, South Wales, to offer a loving, secure, and enriching environment for pets while their owners are away.
Our home-from-home setup sits on 2 acres of open fields with a large indoor facility, making it perfect for dogs to play, explore, and relax in all weather conditions.
We run a trusted weekday day boarding doggy daycare, with a close-knit pack — many of whom have been regulars with us for years. We treat every pet like our own and believe strongly in delivering 5-star care, built on trust, safety, and lots of love.
To make life easier for busy owners, we provide a pick-up and drop-off service in our fully equipped, secure van with individual travel cages & fitted  fans — ensuring every journey is safe and stress-free.
I’m a fully insured, licensed, and trusted pet sitter, weather your looking for Dog walking, Pet sitting, Overnight stays, Doggy day care or day boarding, we have got you covered!
